V1 ist fertig und im Feldtest. Sie wird gerade an einen kleinen Kreis vergeben, damit ich das Feedback auch wirklich verarbeiten kann — im Feldtest kostenlos. Geplant ist später ein einmaliger Preis von 79 €.

V1 is finished and in field testing. It's going out to a small circle so I can actually act on the feedback — free during the field test. The plan is a one-off price of €79 later.

  • Apple Silicon — M1 oder neuer. Nachsehen unter Apfel-Menü → „Über diesen Mac“. Steht dort „Intel“: nein, dann läuft es nicht.

  • Ein Claude-Code-Abo. Framoon bringt keine eigene KI mit, es benutzt deinen Zugang — deshalb kostet dich kein einzelnes Video etwas.

  • Mehrere Gigabyte frei für die Modelle, die beim ersten Einrichten geladen werden.

macOS blockiert den ersten Start

macOS blocks the first launch

Framoon ist signiert, aber noch nicht bei Apple notariert — ein bezahlter Vorgang, der aussteht. Rechtsklick auf die App → „Öffnen“, im Dialog nochmal „Öffnen“. Wird das nicht angeboten: Systemeinstellungen → Datenschutz & Sicherheit → „Dennoch öffnen“. Einmalig.

Framoon is signed but not yet notarised with Apple — a paid step still pending. Right-click the app → "Open", then "Open" again in the dialog. If that isn't offered: System Settings → Privacy & Security → "Open Anyway". One time only.

Nicht in iCloud oder Drive legen

Don't put it in iCloud or Drive

Schreibtisch und Dokumente sind das oft, ohne dass man es merkt. macOS hängt dort ein unsichtbares Attribut an die App — und davon bricht die Signatur. Der richtige Ort ist Programme.

Desktop and Documents often are, without you noticing. macOS attaches an invisible attribute there — and that breaks the signature. The right place is Applications.

Zum Weitergeben immer das ZIP schicken, nie die entpackte App — das Archiv wurde mit Apples ditto gepackt, nur so übersteht die Signatur den Transport.

When passing it on, always send the ZIP, never the unpacked app — the archive was packed with Apple's ditto, the only way the signature survives transport.

What V1 can't do yet

Damit du weißt, worauf du dich einlässt — das steht auch so in der App:

So you know what you're getting into — the app says the same:

  • Bildschirmaufnahmen rahmt sie noch nicht sinnvoll: sie sucht ein Gesicht und findet keins.
  • Screen recordings aren't framed sensibly yet: it looks for a face and finds none.
  • Grafiken aus dem Kontext gibt es bisher nur für Zahlen, nicht für Tabellen.
  • Context-driven graphics currently cover numbers, not tables.
  • Nur Claude Code. Codex-Unterstützung ist für später geplant.
  • Claude Code only. Codex support is planned for later.
  • Nicht notarisiert — daher die Blockade beim ersten Start.
  • Not notarised — hence the block on first launch.
